What is revision double eyelid?

The cause of the “Sausage” (high double eyelid line
One of the biggest causes of revision double eyelid is because of the “sausage symptom”.
– past methods –
When opening eyes, the power moves
to the direction of an arrow and sausage phenomenon,
deep double eyelid, scar, ptosis,
and eyebrow lifting phenomenon occurs.

By not fixing the muscle levator palpebrae superioris
to the double eyelid,
sausage phenomenon and eyebrow lifting
can be prevented and solved.
The reason of “Sausage”
If there is ptosis but not fixed and the double eyelid line is set up too high
If the fixing of the ptosis was not enough fixed but the double eyelid line is set up too high
If the incision line of the double eyelid and the muscle levator palpebrae superioris’s coalescence is severe.
Apparently, it is related with not enough fix of the ptosis.
Symptoms shown with the inadequate ptosis fixing
Sleepy impression: ptosis at more than hypostyptic level will be shown as sleepy.
When opening the eyes, a lot of movement on the forehead, eyebrow and muscle and even can feel pain from the forehead and the muscle.
Putting pressure on the eyelid to open the eyes or keeping on blinking the eyes while eyes are opened.
Black pupil and the white of the eye can be shown and surprising impression can be also shown.

Dry eye is severe.
Even after the double eyelid surgery, keeps on loosening.
