1. Local anesthesia held around the nipple and making an incision of 2 mm on 4 directions (south-north-east-west) around the nipple.
2. Cutting the fibrous tissue which is pulling down the nipple.
3. Purse-string suture will be held after it can be pushed to the outside from the inside.
4. The ideal nipple will be completed.
