Lowering eye slant procedure & “ㄷ” complication
Due to the lateral canthal ligament’s orbital bone, the eye slant is tightened and fixed. This being so, the word we normally use “eye slant lowering procedure”
is a procedure making an incision on the eye slant and tightening the below eyelid to the below orbital bone.
Therefore, the upper eyelid will be fixed to the original lateral canthal ligament.
This will occur below eyelid fixed newly below and the free space will meet between the mucous membrane and the skin.

Most of the adult’s eye shape has a shape of slanted eyes. Averagely, 10~13 degree incline is normal but sever slanted eyes can give sharp & staring impression.
Lot of people get eye slanted procedure to solve this problem but considerable number of people have “ㄷ” complication.
The “LOWER LID LOWERING” procedure method is how and why was founded. By not touching the anatomical structure,
